1. Are the products fragile?
Answer: Each vase is carefully packaged to ensure maximum protection during transport. We use high quality packaging materials designed to minimize the risk of damage, so you can rest assured that your vase will arrive in perfect condition.
2. What should I do if I receive a damaged product?
Answer: If you receive a damaged product, please contact our customer service at timelessvases@gmail.com with a photo of the damaged product within 48 hours of receipt. We will proceed with the return and replacement or refund procedures.
3. Is it normal for there to be small imperfections on the vases?
Answer: Each vase is handcrafted by talented artisans, making each piece unique. Slight variations and imperfections may occur, which add to the character and authenticity of each vase.
4. Do you offer customization options for vases?
Answer: Currently, we do not offer customization services for our vases. However, we invite you to explore our extensive collection to find pieces that match your style and preferences.
5. What are the delivery times?
Answer: Our delivery times generally vary from 7 to 10 days depending on the postal service in your area. For international deliveries, times may vary.
6. Can I return a product if I change my mind?
Answer: Yes, our return policy lasts 30 days. To be eligible for return, your item must be unused and in the condition you received it, in its original packaging. Return costs are your responsibility, except in the event of an error on our part or breakage during shipping.
7. How can I track my order?
Answer: Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email containing a tracking number. You can track your order directly on the carrier's website with this number.
8. What payment methods do you accept?
